Task 3

It's snarls and tears at new found flesh,
It's eyes darting, to fix and stare.
Steam rises off meat, so fresh,
Another victim of a mountain bear.

  1. Powerful stuff, but only Line 4 is a perfect iambic pentameter. PLEASE tell me if you don't see why - as you have every right to have this whole iambic/trochaic thing explained to you, since you missed it first time around.

    For example, Line 1 just lacks one more dee-DUM foot: e.g. "It snarls and tears and rips at new found flesh".

    Make sense?
