ReplyDeleteThis is that rare thing - a totally happy and positive poem. And it does not become saccharine or cliched (look up both those words on dictionary.com if you need them explaining) but manages to be original throughout. I particularly like your food-related metaphors: using the senses in this way is bound to have a powerful effect on your reader. :)
